Jim Kusuda
Much of what is said about the other Ice Team pros is also true of Jim Kusuda. Widely traveled, skilled at many presentations, good fish finder, hard worker. But the thing that distinguishes Kusuda is his unselfish approach to time on the ice.
He loves to compete in NAIFC tournaments. But when he and partner Terry Rodgers arrive at each location, they spend as much time preparing for and teaching kids’ clinics as they do practicing. Jim sacrifices more of his personal fishing time to teach others than anyone we know. Certified by the state of Wisconsin as a youth fishing instructor, his passion is to pass it on.
Everything Ice Team stands for defines Jim Kusuda, and that’s why he’s an important member of the team.

It also helps explain why plastics are coming on so strong in ice fishing.
